Terrie Lea Gregerson

September 04, 1949 - August 08, 2016

Terrie Lea Gregerson - Age 66 Terrie Lea Gregerson passed away peacefully on August 8th, 2016 surrounded by family and friends, following an almost two year battle with cancer. Terrie was born to Art and Virginia Evans September 4th, 1949 in Spokane, Washington where she lived her entire life. Terrie married her husband Mike in August 1968 after meeting at SCC. Terrie was a stay at home mom until her children started school when she became an insurance underwriter and worked in the field for over 25 years. Terrie was strong in mind and body and completed all treatments strong, courageous, and with grace and dignity all while also attending WSU football games, spending time with her family and numerous friends, going out for dinner, completing crafts, and enjoying Pinterest daily. Terrie enjoyed full time RVing with her beloved husband of almost 48 years and they spent four years as snowbirds, only staying home for the winter when she became ill. Terrie was an avid Cougar fan and loved watching the football games, where she held season tickets for over twenty years with her husband. Terrie was preceded in death by her father Art Evans and is survived by her mother Virginia Evans, her husband Mike, daughters Tricia (Paul), Michelle (Travis), grandchildren Cassie (Casey), Nathan (Jolyn), Tori, Macey, Sarah, and Hannah, and great grandchildren Mack and Layla. Terrie is also survived by four sisters Sharon (Bob), Sue, Melanie (Tom), and Becky. A celebration of her life will be held at Mission Meadow Clubhouse at 19312 E. Nora Lane on Saturday, August 20th from 1:00-5:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Washington State University Athletic Fund. GO COUGS!
