Debra Christine Hightower

February 23, 2024, Debra Christine (Brown) Hightower passed away in Spokane, WA, a month after being diagnosed with metastatic cancer at the age of 66.

Debbie was born on August 31, 1957 in Kansas City, MO. She graduated from] Lewis & Clark HS in 1975 and went on to attend college at Spokane Falls Community College receiving an Associate degree in Social Services; Spokane Community College receiving an Associate degree in Medical Receptionist and; Henry Ford Community College receiving an Associate degree in Science. In her spare time, she was devoted to helping others via healthcare industry, religious organizations, and charity causes.

Deb is survived by her brother, Robert C Brown Jr. & his wife Jeanne (LeClaire) Brown, of Spokane, WA; niece Sarah Brown & daughter Isabella and; nephew Joshua Brown with wife Debbie and son Sean.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Hightower; dad, Robert C Brown; mom, Frances L. Jumper; step-dad, James E. Jumper and” grandparents: Mr. & Mrs. Asa D. Botham & Mr. & Mrs. Joseph E. Brown.

There will be no memorial service for Deb in Spokane, WA, as she is going home to be laid to rest at our family grave site with our mom & step-dad along with other relatives at Graceland Cemetery, Burlington, KS.
