September 08, 1964 - April 30, 2015
ENGLE, Vincent Hayne In Loving Memory of Vincent Hayne Engle, age 50. He was born September 8, 1964 (born premature) he couldn't wait to get into this world and get going. He was a fighter then and made it through over two years of struggling to get on his feet. When Vince was diagnosed with cancer the end of 2012, the doctors said he had seven to ten months to live. Well, we all knew Vince, he is a fighter. Just like his favorite sport of boxing, if the cancer would knock him down, he would jump right back with a good right cross and an upper cut. The fight lasted for almost two and a half years; but on April 30, 2015, the cancer threw him an unexpected combination of blows and our beloved champion wasn't able to get up at the count of ten. The fight was over and his wife Julie; son Ziggy, stepson Derek Ayres; grandson Jakiah Ayres; father Roy; brother Mike; sisters Ashley, Meagan and Rhonda as well as several of his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends and other fans were stunned by the result of the fight. His ever loving manager and biggest supporters, God, and his mother, Kathryn Engle, put their arms around our champion and led him home to Heaven. All of his other family, friends and pets who went before him were there to greet him. We will truly miss, but never forget our champion. A celebration of Vince's life will be held Friday, May 8, 2015 from 5 PM to 9 PM at Five Mile Heights Pizza on N. 6409 Maple, Spokane, WA. Wear your Jeep, Seahawks, Camo or Zombie attire.
