Shirley Ann Casebeer

April 27, 1947 - January 21, 2021

Shirley entered into heaven on January 21st, 2021, due to a stroke. She will always be remembered for her infectious laugh, wide smile, and for being a caring and loving person. Shirley was born in Spokane, WA on April 27th, 1947 to Evelyn (Bender) and Paul Taylor. Shirley attended Field Elementary and Holy Names Academy before locating to Newport. From there, she moved to Fruitland, Idaho where she graduated from high school. She moved back to Spokane where she became employed in commercial insurance. Insurance took her to Portland, Oregon and San Francisco, California. She then returned back to Spokane. She tried retirement, but decided it wasn't entirely for her. At the time of her death, she was employed by SNAP. Shirley is survived by her brother, Don Taylor of Otis Orchards, her loving husband Pete Garcia of Spokane Valley, and many cousins. A celebration of life will occur at a later time. Thank you to all who knew and loved Shirley.
