July 09, 1940 - July 17, 2020
Sharon Ruth Nusser (Age 80) was born on July 9, 1940 in Glascow, Montana to Forrest and Ruth McCorkle. She had 4 brothers that she adored, Forrest (Sonny), Frank (Pee Wee), Dennis and Michael (Mickey). Only one brother. Michael (Mickey) McCorkle is still living in the Spokane Valley. She had two daughters Nadene Watley of Texas and Amy (Larry) Marsh of Colbert. She lived most of her life in the Spokane area with 30 years of living in Cheney, Washington. Most of her career was being a stay at home mom but she spent 12 years babysitting 4 of her grandchildren; Cody (Brenna) Bolinger, Jacob (Felicia) Bolinger, Drake Marsh and Jaqui Marsh and love being with them. Other grandchildren are Jessica, Paul, Justin, Noah, Erin, Chelsea, Colby and one other that I don’t think she ever met. She has great grandchildren; Holly, Everly, Lincoln, Brennon, Steven, and LeeAnna. She has several nephews and nieces; Dennis, Dan, Carol, Doug, Kevin, Dave, Terri, Brett, Tracy, Barbara, and Jason that are still living and those gone but not forgotten; Russ, Clayton, Julie, and granddaughter Sharon Miller. She golfed, bowled and loved to garden and read books. She was loved by her church family at New Hope Christian Center. She lived a simple life but one filled with love for us. She passed away peacefully on July 17, 2020 with her daughter Amy holding her hand. She will be missed by those that loved her, but she is rejoicing in heaven to be free from dementia.
