AMSDEN, Scott Dale â??Cookâ? (age 51) Scott was born August 16, 1963, in Spokane, Washington, raised by Connie and Floyd Amsden, and passed away December 9, 2014. He is survived by his son, Bryce G. Amsden. He was a loving father who enjoyed spending his days with his son. Scott will be honored at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery, in Medical Lake, on December 29, 2014 at 1:30 P.M.
