Sally Dotson passed away peacefully February 2018 at Spokane Hospice House. - She was born in April of 1941, and raised in Spokane. She graduated from Lewis and Clark (class of ’59) then on to the University of Washington then on to Gonzaga. She worked at Aetna where she met her soon to be husband Jim Dotson. She loved classical music and was very active in the Spokane Symphony Association throughout the ‘70’s and 80’s, then Musicfest Northwest in the ‘90s until her passing (Organ Division Chairman). Sally was also very active in several needle guilds in Seattle and Spokane (president Spokane Falls Needlework Guild in the early 90’s) - She loved stitchery / craft projects, attending and participating in craft shows, the arts, and a good book. Sally also loved dogs especially her beloved German Shephard. - She is survived by many cousins, friends and 3 children and a grandson. - A Celebration of Life will be held April 14 10:30am at Hamblen Park Presbyterian Church. - In lieu of flowers please send donations in Sally’s name to your local favorite charity or The Hospice House South of Spokane (367 E. 7th Ave).
