Rozanne Gilkey was born on May 18, 1926, in St. Paul, MN, to Homer B. and Mary S. (Wassell) Bassett; she passed away on May 28, 2017, in Spokane, WA. Rozanne resided in Kennewick for over 30 years, moving to Spokane recently as her health deteriorated. She will be sadly missed. There are no public services at this time.
