Roma Jean SINN (02/13/1930 - 02/28/2014) SINN, Roma Jean (Age 84) Passed away February. 28, 2014. Roma was born in Alexandria, NE., to Herbert and Gladys Sinn on February 13, 1930. She takes with her the love of her son, Robert Ingram and daughter, Ronda Ingram; beloved granddaughter, Mackenzie ""Dolly"" Crist; sister, Carol Ellis (Bill); as well as a cherished niece, nephews and their families. Roma was preceded in death by her mother and father, brother Marvin; sisters, Joyce Fulmer and Bernie Merrick; sons, Rick Ingram and Russell Ingram; and granddaughter Sierra. Roma worked 15 years at Rockwood Clinic as an x-ray technician until an injury forced her to redirect her career. She became the owner of several bars in addition to teaching Securities in Spokane, Seattle and Europe. During her life, Roma was a member of many associations including the Junior Women's Club, Turtles Club, Classic Car and Tavern Association. She enjoyed gardening, golf and playing league pool. Roma was an upbeat, spirited and strong woman with a vivacious personality. Her struggle with patience was legendary, ""Just hit the damn ball!"" as was her capacity to help others in need. No service will be held, at her request, so please honor Roma in your own way. A special thank you is extended to Kent and Cindy Merrick for their immeasurable support and to the dedicated staff at Horizon Hospice (Karen D., Lori and Karen L.) for their loving and compassionate care. Remembrances in her name may be made to SCRAPS in honor of her treasured cat, Sammy Sue Sinn, who provided her comfort to the end.
