Richard (Dick) R. Hiller, Sr, 83, passed away on May 8, 2024. Dick was born on June 26, 1940, to Roy and Virginia Hiller, and was the oldest of their five sons. He was a 1958 graduate of North Central High School, attended Eastern Washington University, and in 1959, he was a volunteer draftee in the U.S. Army.
