Richard A. Monaghan passed away on December 18th, 2015. He was born on October 18th, 1933 in Spokane, WA. Richard was a loving husband and cared very well for his family and all grandchildren. His love for God was beyond, then came family; but fishing really won him over. He is survived by his wife, Arvy; son, Rick (Donna); daughters, Lou (Cheryl), Ceil (Antonio), Linda (Jim), Janet (Paul), Colette (John); nine grandkids; eighteen great grandkids; and sister, Marlys (Jim). Richard was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Cecilia and Frank Raboin. A Celebration of Life will be held for Richard on January 16th at 10:30am at the Broadway Court Estates 13505 E. Broadway Ave. Spokane Valley. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to The National Kidney Foundation.
