Ramon Ray Overland (Age 58) - Ray entered eternal rest on January 27, 2017 from a hemorrhagic stroke. Son of Carmen and Arthur Overland, Ray was Spokane born and bred alongside brothers Mark and Chris. He attended North Central High School prior to entering Gonzaga University. His knowledge in finance and accounting has served him well for the past 36 years. He has worked for and found independent success in the construction and remodeling industry. Aside from work, Ray spent most of his free time with family. He is survived by his teenage sweetheart Barbara Overland of whom he proudly raised 3 children, Jeffrey, Amanda and Rachel and enjoyed his grandson, Jackson. Ray will be remembered for his love of music, hours he spent on classic car restoration, ski and beach trips, and the endless fun had at the old family cabin. Most of all, Ray loved using every weekend as an opportunity to be outside, a time often shared with Barb. His humor and diverging wisdom will be missed. Although, there will be no traditional memorial service planned, we encourage you to come celebrate his life on Saturday, February 4, at the Steel Barrel Tap Room from 5-8 pm.
