Those who knew her, loved her. She made friends everywhere she went. Whether it were the staff at the pharmacy, the girls at Wake up Call, or the wait staff at local restaurants, she knew them by name and considered them friends. Born and raised in Ava, Missouri. Phebe moved to Dayton, Wa where she went to school spent many years working at the Eagles. She made and kept many dear friends from Dayton as well. She met and married the love of her life, Jim Carnine and moved to Spokane Valley, Wa where she worked as a warehouse manager/receptionist for more than 20 years. She and Jim were a perfect match and shared everything. They even shared their own unique vocabulary that not many understood. The enjoyed camping, fishing, and bowling together for many years until Jim passed away. She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and daughter Tamera Jansen. She is survived by those who were with her when she passed and her stepchildren, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and many many special friends. At her request there will be no memorial service.
