HART, Patrick (age 45) Patrick passed away September 1, 2014, in Spokane, WA, after a very brief illness. He was born in Concord, CA, on March 10, 1969 to Allen and Beverly Hart. He is survived by his mother; sisters, Kathy (Lynn) Stevens and Julie (Angel) Claudio; brother, John; a niece; 7 nephews and 4 great-nephews. Patrick resided at Mooreâ??s Boarding Home in Spokane. He was a friend to all. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held on September 20, 2014 at 10.00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints., 10405 W. Melville Rd, Cheney, WA.
