Minnie (Age 84) was born November 4, 1932 in Athens, PA to Donald and Olive Waite. She passed away May 5, 2017. Minnie is preceded in death by her husband James W. Russell and her son Steven P. Graf. She is survived by her children; Bill G. Graf, Diane M. Spangler, Gloria D. Bowman, Linda S. Stephens, Alice I. Stroble, Joseph D. Russell, James A. Russell and Kathy L. Straight, along with her sister Shirley Reeves.
