Mary Ellen Hoover

June 07, 1933 - October 02, 2017

Mary (Age 84) was born June 7, 1933 in Walla Walla, WA to James and Olga (White) Hedrick. She passed away October 2, 2017 in Spokane. On January 22, 1978, she married Butch (Merlyn) Hoover. They were married for 38 wonderful years. Mary loved to read in her spare time, and was a devout member of Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Spokane, she also worked for many years at the Board of Realtors. Mary is survived by her husband Butch, son Michael (Robin) Schaffer, stepchildren; Brenda Davenport and Brett Hoover, 6 grandchildren, 3 greatgrandchildren, and her very special Chihuahua, Max, who hasnt left her bed since her passing. A Memorial Service for Mary will be held on Friday, October 27th at 1:30 PM at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 2733 W Northwest Blvd, Spokane, WA 99205. Memorial Contributions may be made to the church in Marys name.
