Kristina Lea Rohrbach, 50, of Spokane, Washington passed away on February 11, 2026, after a courageous, six-year battle with cancer, her husband Randy, holding her hand.
Kristina was born in Calgary, Alberta, to Kathleen Savill and Del Ross. Her childhood summers were spent on the Savill farm in High Prairie, Alberta with many cousins, trying to stay out of mischief. The family spent 6 years in Aurora, CO and then moved to Spokane, WA where she graduated from Mead High School. Following graduation, she worked as a CNA at Franklin Hills Rehab Center and a photographer at Sears Photography Department. As a fiercely independent young lady she transferred to Sears Photography Department in Las Vegas, NV, where she graduated from UNLV as a Veterinary Technician. She worked as a Veterinary Technician for the past 20 years and loved knowing she was helping pets and their owners.
Tina met the love of her life, at a convention in Las Vegas, flashed her megawatt smile and married Randy Rohrbach in 2012. The couple welcomed daughter, Kyra Lynn on Christmas Day. Tina, as a Troop Co-Leader, was heavily involved in Girl Scouts with Kyra, selling cookies and attending conventions. She was recognized for her work as a Troop Co-Leader in August 2025. She also received the Charter School Advocacy Award in 2025. As a family, they loved exploring the pacific northwest together.
Tina is survived by her husband Randy, daughter Kyra, sisters Kathryn Bonnett and Kariann Atherton, brother Don Schlicht, parents Kathleen Schlicht and Del Ross and extended family.
Thanks to family and friends that traveled to celebrate Tina’s 50th birthday last month.
Special thanks to Father Pat Kerst, Horizon Hospice and Palliative Care. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or SpokAnimal.
