Kelly Lynn Phelan

December 29, 1962 - December 25, 2014

Kelly Phelan passed away on December 25, 2014. She was born December 29, 1962 to Joseph Phelan and Linda Blevins. Kelly worked for many years as a bartender until she decided to earn a degree as a Phlebotomist and went on to work at Valley General Hospital for many years. Kelly was a free spirit. She always had a smile on her face and her smile could light up a room. She had such a big heart and will be missed dearly. Kelly is preceded in death by Lewis and Marian Waltman (Grandparents) and Joseph Phelan (Father). She is survived by Linda, Dave Blevins (Mother and Stepfather), Christine Phelan (Sister), Rodney Materne (Son), Natalie Phelan (Niece), Joseph, Jayden, Chloe, Maci Materne (Grandchildren), and Hunter (Great Nephew). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 @ 3:00 pm at the Gretna Green Chapel 1403 N. Washington Street, Spokane, WA 9920.
