Judith "Judy" Joanne Seay

March 18, 1939 - March 28, 2016

Judy was born in Lemmon, South Dakota on March 18, 1939 to Irene and Christian Flegel. She returned to her heavenly home on March 28, 2016 in Spokane, Washington. Judy graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1956. She later worked for Spokane County until retirement. She loved spending time with her daughters and grandchildren as well as family in Idaho Falls, ID. She also loved her little, miniature, long haired Chihuahua named Lilly. Judy is survived by her mother, Irene; daughters Connie M. Rovik (Greg) and Diane L. Seleski (Jeff); sisters Delma Bolkcom and Lois Baird; and grandchildren Jay, Tia, Sharaya, Jerzie, Javier & Cisco Rovik, Owen and Nicholas Seleski. She was preceded in death by her father, Christian; brother Ernie D. Flegel; and sister Sharon K. Flegel. A graveside service will be held at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W. Wellesley, on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 2:00 PM. The family would like to thank Hospice of Spokane for their loving care of Mom in her final days. - “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” – Matthew 5:4 NIV - Momma – You will be forever in our hearts.
