CONLEY, Joseph P. (Age 86) - Joseph passed away on December 29, 2016 with his daughters Sheila and Kathleen by his side. Joe wen to the big garage in the sky. He could fix just about anything. He was always helping his family and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his parents Paul Ernest Musgrove Conley and Ruth McNamee Conley, sister Paula, brother-in-law Doyle Leitner, wife Ruth E. (Loch), her parents Floyd and Florence Loch and brother-in-law Wesley Buzz. Joe is survived by his 5 children Sheila, Michael (Teri), Paul (Georgette) Jolene and Kathleen; 7 grandkids, and 7 great-grandchildren. He worked at TEI for 20+ years as a welder. Joe was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. Special thanks to the staff at Westlake, especially Bigness and Momma, you know who you are. Special thanks to Elder Law Group, especially Liz Wallace. Also special thanks to Joes neighbor Julian who came to help when Joe started having trouble remembering things. No services will be held.
