Joan Susan Long (MOM) A beautiful heart stopped beating … … In the early afternoon hours of May 29, 2023… we lost our Mom, Joan Susan Long, after a very long fight with cancer… … remembering, Joan Susan Long, 78. … she was brave and courageous as she battled every tough thing that life threw at her … battered but not broken she would shed her tears, then pick up her sword, and fight again … She was a sassy soul. Joan is survived by her 3 children, Paul, (Shot) Samantha, (Sam-Sam) and Cindy (Twirp)… her grandchildren, Christopher, Nathan, Kassandra, Cathlina, Katie, Chelsey, Amanda, Courtney, Gabriel, Natasha, Alex, her 1 great-granddaughter, Waverly Joan. She loved a lot of things ... But her greatest love of all ... was her Family ... and Christmas … she was an avid reader, amazing artist and poet, and loved spending her free time outside… our hearts are forever broken … life will never be the same without her …
