Jo Anne Tracy

August 14, 1939 - December 31, 2014

TRACY, JoAnne (age 75 ) JoAnne passed away peacefully December 31, 2014 just before the New Year. She was born on August 14, 1939 in Sheridan, KS, to Freda and Maurice Basinger. JoAnne graduated from Lewis & Clark High School after moving to Spokane with family. She retired from the Post Office where she worked for 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with family at their lake cabin in Twin Lakes, ID. JoAnne is survived by her husband of 35 years Pat; her daughter Deborah and son Shawn; two grandchildren Jayme and Chelsea; brothers Don and Max; sisters Joyce and Ruthann. Services will be held January 9, 2015, at 1pm at Pines Cemetery located at 1402 S. Pines. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to Shriners Childrens Hospital. She will be greatly missed.
