Jeffrey Nelson Mengedoht

October 07, 1961 - April 04, 2023

We are sad to announce the passing of Jeffrey Nelson Mengedoht (61) on April 4th, 2023. He was a long-time resident of Spokane, Washington and of Belvidere, Illinois. Jeff was born on October 7th, 1961, in Vincennes, Indiana, to the late Carl Mengedoht & Roma Mengedoht. He was preceded in death by his brother, Sidney Mengedoht and survived by his daughter Jennifer Mengedoht (Michael Fritz), his brother Carl Landis Mengedoht (Carla), his sister Virginia Whitmeir (Rick), grandchildren Isaiah Fritz (Taylor Black) & Brooklyn Fritz (Mason Mauro), and his great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews along with his close friends. Jeff, also known as Bubba Brown, served in the US Army at a young age. He was a free-spirited man who loved to travel and owned his own landscaping business.
