Janet Marie Cottier, “Jan,” was born May 20, 1946, and passed away, January 1, 2023. Jan was raised in the Okanogan, Washington area and graduated from Okanogan High School in 1964. Jan is preceded in death by her father Les Stevens and mother, Pauline Wallace (Ivey), father, Larry Stevens. She is survived by her husband of 51 years Jim Cottier, daughter, Dawn (Steven), son, Jami (heather), son, Chad (Sarah, sister, Marge (Harlan), and brother, Kerry (Kris), six grandchildren, Austin, Garrett, Jackson, Cody, Braeden and Jacob. Jan was employed by Cheney School District as a bus driver for 34 years. She suffered from several major health issues in the last few years and succumbed to injuries from a fall at home. Jan is dearly loved and missed by all of her family and friends.
