Janet M. Bell was born in Ontario, Oregon, on February 9, 1934, and passed away June 3, 2017, in Spokane, Washington. She was raised by Byron and Alice (Boak) Boston. Janet lived with her husband, Johnnie D. Bell, in Elk, WA. She will be sadly missed. There will be no public services.
