James Arnold Cunningham, 59, of Spokane, Washington passed away unexpectedly on December 26, 2017. Born and raised in Spokane, Washington to Irvin and Doris Cunningham on July 8th 1958, James graduated from John R. Rogers High School in 1977. He was a proud father to three daughters, and his favorite hobbies included an affinity for vintage cars and car shows. James is preceded in death by his mother, Doris Cunningham, Father, Irvin Cunningham, sister, Diana Gardner and brother, Stan Watts. He is survived by his older brother, Rich Cunningham, of Spokane, Washington, and three aforementioned daughters; Susan Hoffman of West Harrison, Indiana, Abigail Carper of Thornton, Washington, and Jennifer Cunningham of Richland, Washington. He is also survived by his six beautiful, loving grandchildren, and countless other family and friends. He was the kindest, most loving man, and has consistently been described by those who knew him as a "Gentle Giant". Our hearts are broken that his life has been so tragically cut short. He was loved by many, and will be dearly missed by all.
