Perkins December 20, 1935 in Vancouver, WA. Places Icel resided included Portland, OR; Springdale, WA; Mead, WA; Spokane, WA; Ripley, WV; Tacoma, WA, and Poulsbo, WA. Icel loved sewing, playing cards, gardening, baking and crafts. Her greatest joy in life was participating in the lives of her family. She loved being present for all the major and minor events of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Icel offered her energy and creativity to Eastern Star, Ladies Oriental Shrine, Amaranth, Cootiettes, and many other service organizations throughout her life. Icel was a loving, generous, motivating force in all of our lives and she will be deeply missed by everyone who was touched by her dancing spirit, which lives through all of us. She is the fountain of love, caring and support that will continue to flow throughout the future generations. She is survived by her three daughters: Barbara Gaines, Betty Argraves, Beverly Gaines; eight grandchildren: Ray, Carri, Betty Anne, Guy, Jennifer, Angela, Beth, Scott; 22 great-grandchildren, and 21 great-great-grandchildren; as well as her sister, Rose Allard.
