Glenn (Age 45) was born August 30, 1971 in Honolulu, HI. He passed away July 6, 2017 in North Spokane Hospice House with family and friends by his side. He had battled MS for 23 years. He was a graduate of Mead High School, and had worked at Fred Meyer for 15 years. Glenn loved the outdoors, fast wheels and spending time with family and friends. He had amazing strength of spirit, sense of humor and love for adventure. To the very end, he demonstrated that strength and love for his family and friends. He is survived by his mother Barbara Barrier, father Thomas (Cindy) Filipy; siblings Kristie (Kerry), Jenny, Lance; nephews and nieces Madison, Lydia, Brigham, Tony Jr., and Mackenzie. We hope you are free Glenn. Riding a dirt bike on some back-country roadfast, wild and free. A Celebration of life will be held at Wild Rose Community Center July 29th at 10:30 am (NW Corner of Wild Rose Rd. and Monroe Rd.) in Deer Park. Charitable donations can be made to MS Society or North Spokane Hospice House.
