Gary Westley Mitchell was born on May 28, 1941, in Spokane, WA, to Robert and Helen (Foss) Mitchell. He served in the Navy and later worked in Parts Sales. He leaves behind his loving wife, Sandra (Stanley) Mitchell; he will be dearly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. No public services are planned.
