Douglas W. Holien

April 01, 1958 - July 24, 2014

Survived by his sisters, Paula, Cheri, Terry and Julie; father, Melvin and his wife, Joyce; as well as numerous aunts, an uncle and cousins. Preceded in death by his mom, JoAnn and daughter Susan. Doug was a free spirit who loved the outdoors. Fishing, hunting, gardening or just hanging out with Paula. Telling stories was one of his most loved activities. He could talk forever about anything. He had a tender soul, a huge heart, an infectious smile and a contagious laugh. A soul taken too soon, he will be missed. A memorial will be held @ the VFW at 212 S. David at 11:00 on August 4, 2014.
