Donna Rose Brueggeman Obituary

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Donna Rose Brueggeman, who left this world on August 25, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on April 14, 1947, in Grasmere, British Columbia, Canada, to Nick Gravelle and Elizabeth Gravelle.

Donna's life was grounded in unwavering faith. A devoted Christian, she found strength, comfort, and guidance in her relationship with God and her study of the Bible throughout both life's joys and challenges. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Danny Brueggeman, and her cherished children, Sheila Brueggeman and Richard Brueggeman. Donna and Danny met and married in Polson, Montana, before relocating to Spokane, where they built a loving home filled with warmth, laughter, and treasured memories.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Diana Barth; her son, Robert Brueggeman; her sisters, Grace and Karen; and her brothers, Rick and Wally. She also leaves behind six beloved grandchildren: Whitney Titus, Dillon Barth, Max Brueggeman, Saul Brueggeman, Gus Brueggeman, and Jody Brueggeman, as well as her precious great-granddaughter, Scarlett Titus. Donna enjoyed a long career as a professional picture framer and took pride in her craftsmanship. She cherished time spent with family and friends and was an active member of the Red Hat Society, where she enjoyed the companionship of her fellow "Red Hat Ladies." May Donna's memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved her, and may her soul rest in eternal peace.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, 508 N. Government Way.
