Donald C. Harris passed away December 28th, 2015 in Spokane Valley, WA. He was born on May 27th, 1950 in Spokane, WA to Sid and Effie Harris. Don grew up in Trentwood, when being a kid was a wonderful time. He spent his school years in the East Valley School District. He was proud of being a Marine and served in the Vietnam War. Don spent his life as a pile driver and worked on several bridges and buildings. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a great artist with pencil drawing. He was also good at pool. Don is survived by his sister, Connie Keller; his brother, Todd Harris; two nieces, Cara True and Angie Jones; one nephew, Clint Harris; two great nieces, Sydney and Ciarra. Don was preceded in death by his father, Sid; his mother, Effie; and his sister, Sharon. A celebration of Don’s life will be held at The Rock 13921 E. Trent Ave. Spokane Valley – on Trent and Evergreen. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Spokane 121 S. Arthur, Spokane, WA 99210.
