Charles Wade Quick - November 22, 1945—March 1, 2021 Known as Chuck to friends and family, went to be with the Lord on March 1, 2021. He was 75. Chuck was born in rural Cullman county Alabama, one of six children to John and Cordia Quick. The Family later moved to Tennessee and there Chuck graduated from Franklin County High School. Shortly after graduation he was to be drafted into the military and joined the Air Force. He was an honorable serviceman for 20 years until his retirement in 1986. During his time in service he was stationed at Fairchild AFB in Spokane, WA. While in the service he was deployed to Okinawa Japan and served in the Vietnam war. Also stationed in Mississippi and Minot, North Dakota. Chuck served as a fuels specialist working refueling aircraft and also bulk storage of fuels. While at Fairchild he met and married his wife Linda. They were married for 51 years. Chuck and Linda had three sons, Wayne, Matthew and Ryan. Upon retirement they moved back to Spokane. Chuck enjoyed traveling and camping and enjoying his family and friends. There were many car trips crossing the country to visit family and also adventures to the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Bahamas, Disney and Florida. He was always happy to experience new places. Chuck was a hobby mechanic and liked to fix things and keep them going. Preceding him in Death--were his parents John and Cordia Quick, Brothers- James, WJ, and John. And sisters Margaret and Nettie Jean. His beloved first born son Wayne, who passed unexpectedly last year. Chuck is survived by his wife Linda. Sons Matthew (Gisela) and Ryan Quick. Grandchildren Hunter and Hollister Quick. Wayne's wife, Leslie Quick.
