FERGER (Shiflett), Carrie Ellen Carrie Ellen (Shiflett) Ferger, age 70, died Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Hospice of Spokane. She was born in Spokane, WA to Ervin and Dorothy Shiflett on June 13, 1946. Graveside services will be held at Greenwood Memorial Terrace on Friday, July 29, at 9:00 am. Carrie was preceded in death by her father Ervin (1952) and her mother June (1997). She is survived by her 2 sons Todd (Angela) and Monte (Colleen). She had 5 grandchildren: Mychal, Dustin, Mason, Ryan, and Brittany. Community Cremation & Funeral Spokane Valley - 13127 E.
