With her daughters and niece Joanne Blacketer by her side, Shirley Lois Garland, a loved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece and loyal friend, went to be with the angels in heaven on January 23, 2017. She was born January 10, 1949 in Naches, WA. Shirley is survived by her daughters, Shirlee Anderson of Oakridge, OR; Kimberlee and husband Caleb Nichols of Spokane, WA; DeVonia and her husband Dan Cheyney of Stanwood, WA; brother Ronnie Long of Spokane, WA; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
