Michael Green

December 30, 1952 - May 14, 2014

GREEN, Michael 1952 - 2014 Michael Green was a simple yet intriguing man. He passed on Wednesday May 14th, 2014 at age 61. He gave to those he barely knew wanting only to share his wisdom. He deliberately chose his family and friends. Mike loved to watch movies, listen and dance to music, share a brew or down a spirit. He would ask, ""Do you have a moment to spare?"" and if so I have something I'd like to share. He would call and say, ""I can lend a hand today"". He would sit for hours making videos, taking photos, creating art, enjoying nature, and contemplating the future. Mike was a peaceful man, a loving father, a mentor to many, and content with life. He will be deeply missed by all. Mike leaves behind many friends and family; sister, Malika Wiezbowski; son, Neil Green married to Nadene Green; and his loving companion, Gracie and her best friend Tessa. Service will be held at Mission Park (off of Mission and Hamilton) on May 31st 2014 at four o'clock.
