JoAnne Burke (Martin) (Age 71) of Nine Mile Falls, WA passed away on November 26, 2020 in Spokane. She was born July 3, 1949 in Cutbank, MT. She moved away from Montana at a young age and moved to Spokane Valley. She graduated from Central Valley High School in 1967. JoAnne married the love of her life James (Jim) Burke on June 19, 1971. They lived in Nine Mile Falls. JoAnne loved volunteering at Holy Family Hospital a couple days a week. She was loved by her family and her many dear friends. JoAnne is preceded in death by her sister Marilyn, brother Jerry, her beloved husband Jim and her parents Lloyd and Elda Martin. She is survived by her son Aaron (AJ) Burke, her grandson Hunter Burke and her brother Reginald Martin. There will not be a service at this time. There will be a celebration of life in the spring time.
