James Edward Davies

April 12, 1943 - October 08, 2019

James Edward Davies, 76, of Spokane, Washington, passed away October 8, 2019. He was born in Waukegan, Illinois, on April 12, 1943. Jim graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and received an Engineering Degree from Colorado University, Boulder. Jim married Denise Davies on February 15, 1985. He had a career in the Beer Industry as a General Manager for Coors Brewing Company, and as a Parts Manager for Shumate Harley - Davidson. He had a passion for travel and special interest cars. Jim is survived by his children: Bret Davies (Cheryl), Devon Davies Summey (Jay), and Jeff Jackson (Heather), all of Colorado; grandchildren: Dylan Davies, Yeats Davies, David Hammer and Jarett Jackson; great grandchild: Cross Hammer. He is preceded in death by his sister: Betty Jo Nassimbene. Donations may be made to Hospice of Spokane.
