Obituary for Heidi Marie Taylor
On August 2, 1970, Heidi was born in Spokane, WA, to William F. & Christina M. Eldridge. Some of her childhood was spent in California. Then later, her mother was remarried to Tommy Borucy, who welcomed her as a daughter, and they resided in Spokane.
The only girl of four children, she grew up strong, tenacious, and resilient. After a tough start in life, she found companionship and support in a young man named Quinn, and together they bore three beautiful children. Then, in 2006, Heidi was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure, which would begin the fight of her life. She fought countless battles to stay alive, but ultimately her tired body surrendered, and she was called home by her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, September 8, 2021.
She leaves behind three grown children & their spouses, four (almost five) grandchildren, a huge community of friends, one hell of a caregiver, and a team of nurses and doctors who did all they could. She will be greatly missed. We’ll remember her with each fluttering butterfly – whispering a message of love for them to carry to her in heaven.
Services will be a private event.
