BRAMAN, George L. (Age 79)
George L. Braman, born 6/11/37, went to be with his Lord and Savior on April 14, 2017 in Spokane Valley. He was born to Orval and Marian Braman, in Beaver Lodge, Alberta Canada. He graduated from Rockford High School in 1956, and then served in The U.S. Army. George married Margery Cronk in 1963, where they spent the last 53 years together raising 4 children. They made their home in Spokane Valley, spent summers at their lake house on Lake Coeur dAlene and winters in Yuma, Arizona. George owned and operated Braman Distributing selling Watkins Products and Nature Sunshine. He spent many hours watching, attending and coaching sports and other activities that his grandchildren and great grandchildren participated in. He was also an avid fan of the Seahawks, ZAGS, E.W.U. Eagles and the Cougars. George was a member of Valley Point Church and an active participant at Yuma Ventura RV park, where he organized the remote car racing event and played pool with numerous friends. He was a Scout Master, Basketball Coach, Marathon runner, Bull rider, Golfer and Sky diver. Travel plans were always being made for new destinations to explore.

George is survived by his wife, Margery Braman; son, Ron (Lois) Braman; two daughters, Staci (Rex) Clark and Sheila (Kevin) Schmidt; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; sister's Lorraine O'Hara, Wava (Bob) Zielfielder, and Wendy Mitchell; sister-in-law, Gerry Drechsel; and good friend and brother-in-law, Mike Cronk. He is proceeded in death by his son, Brent.

He was a Wonderful Husband, an Amazing Father, Loving Grandfather, and a Good Friend to many. He left this earth with a life well lived. He was a Great Man.
