Debra Ann Stenerson

September 26, 1956 - July 07, 2018

Debra Ann Kuykendall, 61 Debra Ann Kuykendall, 61, beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, passed away July 7, 2018 in Spokane, Washington after a hard fought battle with cancer. Debbie was born on September 26, 1956 in Coeur d’Alene, to Richard and Lois Kuykendall. Debbie grew up in Coeur d’ Alene, ID and attended Coeur d’ Alene High School. Debbie’s love of adventure had her racing cars, windsurfing, snowboarding, riding four wheelers and motorcycles. She loved being outdoors whether it be working in the yard, camping, sunbathing, going for walks and playing outdoor games with her family. Debbie’s love of cooking showed in the meals she prepared for the numerous birthday and holiday gatherings she hosted for her family. Her love of traveling took her to the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada, Alaska and Hawaii as well as all throughout the continental United States. She loved traveling so much so that she asked her children to take a trip in her honor. Debbie is survived by her children; Jessica Truax, Mike Truax, Crystal Franks and her son-in-law Adam Franks, her grandsons Brayden and Couper Truax, her granddaughters Jaden and Addison Franks and her grandpup Apollo, her Father Dick Kuykendall, her brother Dale and sister-in-law Carrie, her brother Butch and sister-in-law Sandy, her brother David and sister-in-law Carrie and her brother Jay and sister-in-law Heather, her niece and nephews and great niece and nephew. She was preceded in death by her Mother Lois and Brother Theodore. A celebration of Debbie’s life will be held at Q’emiln Park Trailhead Event Center on July 22nd, 2018 at 1:00 PM
