Carol passed away peacefully and went home to be with the Lord on May 18, 2022. She was born on December 26, 1936. She was a loving mother to her four children Michelle, Colleen, Jim and David. She was also a very proud grandmother of 6 and great grandmother of 5 and aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her sister Marilyn and brothers Bob and David. Carol participated in many social organizations and volunteered for most of her children’s school events. Carol had a zest for life, she was adventurous and enjoyed traveling with friends and family. Later in life, Carol cared for family and clients in her adult family home. She loved playing bridge at the Southside Senior Center and entertaining guests for dinner. Carol was a member of First Presbyterian Church where she enjoyed the fellowship and participating in church events. Family was everything to Carol. She will be remembered as being a fun loving mother and grandmother who always had a generous heart. A special thank you to Hospice of Spokane and her sister Marilyn for allowing Carol to remain in her home until the end. Carol will be dearly missed by her family and friends. A memorial service will be held on May 23, 2022 at 1:30pm at Heritage Funeral Home, 508 N Government Way, Spokane, WA 99224.
