Bradley John Picard

August 12, 1957 - February 17, 2022

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Brad Picard announces his unexpected passing on February 17, 2022. Brad was born to Leonel (2013) & Mamie (Stach) Picard (2010) on August 12th, 1957 in Spokane, Washington. Brad was the only son and he was blessed with four loving sisters Kathy (Bud), Susan (2019) Linda, Pam (2005). Brad attended Assumption Catholic school, Balboa Elementary, Salk Jr. High, and was in the graduating class of 1975 at Shadle Park High School. In the Spring of 1975 Brad enlisted in the US Army, he was stationed in Germany. Brad was a proud Military Veteran. Once Brad returned to the States he made good use of the GI bill and attended Spokane Community College and Graduated. SCC was where Brad found his lifelong passion for being on stage. Soon after college, his acting career was born. Brad was in films, he did television work, he also worked as a voiceover but he truly shined on the stage. Brad found his second home at the Spokane Civic Theater. Brad’s quick wit and sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him. Brad is survived by his Pup-Sons Tuco and Gus, his human children Travis Picard and Tara (Dustin) Reichel, his grandchildren Sylas and Kya, his sisters Linda and Kathy, many nieces and nephews, his closest friend James Quinn, and his entire acting family. The Civic Theater is holding a memorial for Brad on April 2nd, 2022 at 1:00 pm. For those who would like to continue the celebration, we will find a Pub to toast him afterward. Brad will be buried at the Veteran’s Cemetery with military honors at a later date. Memorial and burial information will be shared on both Brad Picard and Travis Picard’s Facebook pages.
