FRASER, Betty J. Betty was born August 6, 1928 and passed peacefully on May 9, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ric Dougherty; and daughter, Carol Richards. Betty is survived by her daughters Marcia Maples, Linda Tilley, Patti Starr; son Mike Dougherty; daughter-in-law Lesley Dougherty; son-in-law Larry Richards; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
