Obituary for Kent Nelson
Kent Nelson passed away on February 18, 2020 9:22AM at Deaconess Medical Center in Spokane, WA. Funeral services will begin in the Garden of Inspiration section in Greenwood Cemetery at 2:00PM on Friday 21, 2020 for those who wish to celebrate the memorable life moments shared with Kent.
Kent was born in Tay Ninh Vietnam on June 25, 1959. He took pride in his work as a machinist at ACME Machine Works in Spokane, WA. Kent's passing is preceded by his mother Tran-Thi-Lai and father Nguyen-Van-Thanh and other family members in Vietnam, as well as his life-long love Cynthia Humphreys who passed in 2014.
He is survived by his beloved brother Tony Nelson in Spokane; his niece Mary Conner and her husband Jason Harry and family; Step-children Troy Humphreys and Christina Snyder; Step-grandchildren Adry and Emma; his dearest love Ms. Quyen Jones, whom he shared the closest and most memorable last 3 years with; as well as many other beloved family, friends and co-workers.
