Robert was born on June 24, 1965 in Spokane, WA, to Glenn C. Pierce and Karen L. Pierce and passed away December 20, 2014. Graduating from Culinary Arts at Spokane Community College, he worked as a Chef at Percyâ??s and other locations. He was an amazing chef who loved to prepare family meals for Holidays and Birthdays. Robert is survived by his mother, Karen Swanson (Pierce); daughters, Jamie Pierce and Jessica Rosen (Pierce); sons, Seth Pierce and Justin Pierce, and seven grandchildren; sister, Kimberly Roberts; two nephews, Christopher Roberts and Brandon Smitherman; and his cousin, Emery (Butch) Pierce. He is preceded in death by his father, Sgt. Glenn C. Pierce. Robert was a loving and caring man and he will be missed by many. Services will be held Saturday January 10, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Spokane Valley Church of the Nazarene, 15515 East 20th Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Heart Foundation.
