Penelope Elene Meier

November 11, 1948 - November 13, 2013

MEIER, Penelope E. (Woodard) (Age 65) Passed away November 13, 2013 with her loving spirit forever in our hearts. A graduate of Central Valley High School, Penny had a wonderful talent for art in many varieties. She was very passionate and devoted to her work as a counselor. Penny thoroughly enjoyed hanging out with large groups of friends and family, especially when she got to go camping and fishing. Her love for her animals was unending. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of five years, Dave Meier. Penny is survived by her siblings; Don Swanson (Bobbie), George Woodward (Jody), Patricia Wickham (Merrell); as well as many, many, nieces and nephews. Rest in Peace our beautiful Penny.
