Obituary for Otto J. Alexander
Otto entered into peace June 5, 2014 after battling numerous medical issues for the last two years. He is survived by his son, Jeff (Kim) Alexander; grandchildren Natalie and Ethan; daughter, Mary Ann; his loving companion, Lana Cochran; his special aunt, Dee Miller; Lanaâ??s children, Debbra Cochran, Kelly (Tammy) Cochran, and Jamie (Bill) Kowalski; and numerous friends and extended family.

Otto loved fishing, hunting, camping, basketball and telling tall tales. He was born is Peoria, IL and spent many years in that area before transferring to Spokane with Caterpillar where he retired after 30 years of service. He served as a corpsman in the US Navy. He was also very active volunteer for several years with the National Wild Turkey Federation and Washington Wildlife with the trap and transfer of wild turkeys. He also volunteered with fish net-pin releases on Lake Roosevelt. He was always proud to be an active member of the Spokane Valley Eagles.

Memorial and Celebration of Life Pot Luck will be held this Thursday, June 12, 2014, at 4:30 PM, at the Spokane Valley Eagles #3433, 16801 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA .
