Mike treasured time with his family, especially his grandkids, and enjoyed being outdoors in all seasons. He loved working on his yard, but his happy place was being in his garden. He worked many years in the lumber industry in Creston and Spokane. He enjoyed visiting Hawaii, and the many trips to Reno and Laughlin over the years. He was an avid Seahawks fan and played fantasy football for 30 years, the only team to win 3 years in a row.
Mike leaves behind his wife Merrie and his children Jeff (Amy) Kelly, Aaron (Katrina) Kelly, Crystal (Cole) Harding, Amy (Ryan) Radach, Cory (Billie) Rutty. He also leaves behind ten siblings Katie (Pete) Reis, Paul (Donna) Kelly, Bridget Cotter, Brenda (Bruce) Hawkins, Mark (Marcia) Kelly, Joe (Sandra) Kelly, Tom (Danette) Kelly, Dave Kelly, Mary Como and Kerrie (Tom) Rowland. Eleven grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
