Marjorie was born July 10, 1919, in Colfax, WA, to William and Margaret Valentine and passed away Jan 4, 2015, in Spokane Valley, WA. The family moved to Spokane, where she graduated from Rogers High School. Marge went on to work at Jensen Byrd where she met and then married Maurice (Heinie) Heitstuman. Moving to the Spokane Valley, they ran the Millwood Hardware Store for many years. Marge was remarried in 1976 to Norbert (Norby) Austing, where they also resided in the Spokane Valley. She has been a resident of Sullivan Park Assisted Living for the last 10 years. Marge is survived by her son, Fred (Donna) Heitstuman, of Mead; daughter Joan (Jerry) Heitstuman-Cleveland, of Spokane Valley; five grandchildren, Crystal (Mike) Heitstuman-Dean, Chad, Adam (Kacie), and Kristi Cleveland and a great-granddaughter Jessica Dean. She is also survived by her sister, Anna Marie May of Tacoma, and numerous nieces and nephews. We will all miss her wonderful laughter, fun loving attitude and generous, loving heart. A Celebration of Life for Marge will be held on Saturday Jan 24, 2015, at 2:00 pm at the home of Joan and Jerry Cleveland, 2106 N Marguerite Rd, Spokane Valley, WA and a dedicated Mass will be held on Sunday Jan 25, 2015 at St. Paschal's Church, 2521 N Park Rd Spokane Valley, WA.
